  The property is absolutely stunning. The pictures can’t really capture how amazing the view is. House was incredibly clean and well maintained.The property management/concierge team did an amazing job with all the logistics. The Prieta beach club was perfect for the family. The only constructive feedback I have would be around improving quality of the kitchen cookware and small/large appliances which though functional are not up to same standard as rest of the magnificent home.

  We have been traveling all around the world and Casa Pericos in Penninsula Papagayo was one of the most amazing stay we had. The house is gorgeous and perfect for entertainment and family vacation. The staff was exceptional from the cleaning team,gardners, management company to the chef we hired. We had the best time thanx to all those wonderful people.
