Villa Arcos del Mar offers the unique flexibility of being rented as either a 5-bedroom or 7-bedroom residence, making it an exceptional choice for both intimate gatherings and larger groups.
The original five-bedroom residence includes four beautifully appointed bedrooms within the main home, along with a detached guest house offering additional privacy, its own kitchenette, and a private bathroom.
For guests seeking the complete estate experience, a newly built three-story private casita expands the property to seven bedrooms. This sophisticated addition features two beautiful ocean-view suites, as well as a state-of-the-art private gym and media room.

In its full seven-bedroom configuration, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Six bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the specially designed younger guests’ room includes two full over queen-size bunk beds, one full over full bunk bed and two single trundle beds.

  We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Casa Arcos del Mar on the Papagayo Peninsula — a dream vacation for our large family. The home is spectacular: beautifully designed with sweeping ocean views, luxurious bedrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces that made it easy to relax, connect, or find quiet moments on your own.
  Nestled between the renowned Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton resorts, the villa offers access to the world-class amenities of both — from pristine beaches and a championship golf course to fine dining, tennis, and spa services. The villa has a unique staircase access to the best private beach with the amazing Prieta Beach Club and the world class amenities of fitness, yoga, spa, restaurants and all water activities.
  The private chef was a true highlight. Every meal was fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious — dining at the villa became one of our favorite parts of the day. We also loved the infinity pool — all with panoramic ocean views. Morning workouts and evening swims felt like pure luxury.
  The concierge and staff were outstanding, helping us plan everything from excursions to in-villa experiences with ease.
