This contemporary two-bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste and is only a five-minute walk from the beach. There are views of the ocean from the master bedroom and roof-top deck.

On the first level is a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area, a laundry room and a powder room.

On the second level is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom; a guest bedroom with queen-size bed; a second living area with a queen-size sofa bed; and a full guest bathroom. From the master bedroom, you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and wake each morning to a view of the ocean.

The apartment has three levels and can accommodate up to 4 people.

  El Cubil 9 was our first stay upon arriving in Costa Rica. We were a little earlier than expected even with car rental issues at the airport. William was flexible and accommodating and got us right into the space. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with fantastic views as advertised. The rooftop deck was a great place to relax each night. There were a couple of small coolers and chairs we brought to the beach, along with nice beach towels. The location is a short drive to the beach, restaurants and other towns, although there are options in walking distance as well.
  We highly recommend this listing.

  We had a wonderful time at Playa Hermosa. The condo is situated 5 minutes walk to the beach which is very peaceful , long strech that you can walk , small waves to swim and a lot of small restaurants directely on the beach. We tried them all . Every one with fresh fish and friendly service. We rented a car so my daughter and her 8 year old son could do different excursion. Must say that the driving in Costa Rica is not allways easy; took a road that the GPS gave us which was shorter , but ended up in narrow, graveled, steep and big holes roads,wondering if we could make it through. My grandson baptized it " la route du diable" So beware of the condition of the suggested roads. Jennifer was very helpful and responded quickly to our needs
  For me the special place to be in those very hot hours of the day ,was in the condo. It was beyond our expectation, very modern ,spacious very clean, airy , evey room climatized. So comfortable, and big windows for the view of the ocean and mountain, truly a 5 stars condo.
