  It was a wonderful vacation and we will be back in Playa del Coco. From speaking to and seeing property’s of friends, we thought we overpaid. 2 queen beds were advertised however it was 1 queen in master bedroom and the second bedroom was a double bed. The second bedroom was so small, we had to keep our suitcases in the living room. The living area and porch were good and large area’s however the very small 2 seat couch was so uncomfortable, you had to sit perfectly straight up with 2 people. It was not a comfortable place to sit at all. The only other thing was the main bathroom sink is very old with one tap. I don’t think it had hot water. It was so high, that it was awkward to wash in. The rest of the place was great. It was clean and well equipped. The pool area was beautiful. So i guess basically it was the price in comparison to what else we had seen and what they had for space and amenities. Example gas bbq vs they had a briquette hibachi. I perhaps would rent again at Coco Joya, but not for the price we paid. I may look to a different condo there or something close by. William was great and helpful and answered any questions immediately.
