This three-story house features high ceilings that let in plenty of natural light, several living spaces, a gourmet fully equipped kitchen, 2 pools and jaw-dropping ocean views from several rooms in the house.
You access the house from the second floor, one level down you can enjoy two bedroom both with bathrooms, tv room and access to the secondary infinity pool.
One level up from the second floor , three bedrooms and two bathroom awaits for you.

The second level features, main living room, kitchen, dining, half bathroom and the main infinity pool.

The kitchen has beautiful large granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. It is well stocked with just about everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Cooking will be is a delight.
The dining room features a custom large Guanacaste wood table lending a modern yet classic Costa Rican vibe.

The property also has a divine outdoor living and dining area complete with an infinity pool ( second floor) .   Our experience with Jennifer and William was exceptional from the initial booking in August 2022 until our trip in January 2023. William was very attentive and patient with me as a first time visitor to Costa Rica. He answered every email I sent (and there were many!), set up reservations for scuba diving, suggested activities for the group and offered services we didn't expect like pre arrival grocery shopping and chef meals prepared at the home. Upon our arrival he met us at the home to welcome us and walk through the home and guidelines. THere were no unanswered questions. During our week stay, he was always available to assist. The house was a perfect location to allow us to visit the National Park, Adventure Park and various beaches in the area. The pools were put to good use as the temperatures during our stay were perfect.

  This property is more beautiful in person than the photos portray - which is hard to imagine. The main living space, dining space, kitchen, and bedrooms are all amazing. But the outdoor space is wonderful. The pools and the patio gives you space while providing the most amazing views. We vacationed as a family of 8 - 3 couples and 2 singles. This was a perfect place for us. We spent alot of our time outdoors on the patio (there was plenty of shade).
  
  The location is at the top of a hill, offering stunning views and sunsets. But it's close to the town where we took in breakfast, coffee, shopping, and restaurants.
  
  The property has wonderful amenities: beach chairs and towels, kitchen gadgets, refrigerator space, grill. But the best aspect of the property was working with Jenifer. She was so helpful and patient. I am so grateful for her assistance with everything from booking the space to answering our questions to patience with our understanding of how things worked in the house.
