Architecture & Design:

Capturing the artist’s imagination, Predock’s proclivity for unbridled creation was unleashed. Where others image windows, he envisions apertures – deep, purpose instruments for viewing the landscape.
Guiding light. Releasing space. Focusing your vision on the riveting dance of the setting in a choreographic, episodic way.
The home’s original design showcases a masterful understanding of the natural environment. The architect, renowned for his work in creating spaces that foster a deep connection to place, has crafted a home that feels rooted in the landscape yet completely modern in its execution. Large glass windows, open floor plans, and an abundance of natural light enhance the feeling of spaciousness while ensuring that the views remain the focal point throughout the home. For choreography, Predock selected a seductive and interconnected dance of manmade and natural – space, air, water and earth. Central to his vision: a fluid necklace of Guanacaste Stone.
